Mat Pilates is an open level class that uses a variety of props to strengthen your whole body. We focus on building core strength by using the deep abdominal muscles. It's low-impact, but a challenging class that will develop your strength and endurance. Expect to feel and see results quickly. 
You'll leave feeling strong, energised and keen for more.
